Menopause help, I can't sleep?

Ever since my hysterectomy I can't sleep at night. It is driving me insane:( I am 30 and a mother of 2, the kids will not let me nap during the day, so I'm up all day and dying for sleep by 10 p.m. I sleep only like 4 solid hours then I'm up pacing the floor, tossing and turning. I have given up and just started getting up, doing something like dishes or laundry or cleaning something thinking I will get sleepy and go back to bed. No such luck then the kids are up at 8. So I'm sleeping from 11/12 until about 330/400. That is only like 5 hours a night, is this normal? Do other women in menopause have a hard time sleeping. No I am not on any hormone's . I need help, any have any idea how I can get some sleep i've counted so many sheep I lost track..... Help!?

What is payment verification for credit cards?

I bank with usaa and long story short my credit is messed up so I had to get a secured credit card. I could only afford $250 so what I'm doing to build my credit is putting daily NEEDS (gas food etc) on the card then paying it off at the end of the cycle to avoid interest. Its a new card been doing it for a few months. Well this time I pay off around 240 usaa takes it from my checking acount. I see it on my card statment, but they won't give me my credit! They say they hav to send my funds to the govenment for verification then when they get them back I will have my credit. What kind of BS is this?! They took it from one usaa account into another why does the government need to verify anything? I'm felling jerked around, they say everone is subject to it from every card issure. This wednesday is the only day that i can take the PSAT in order to qualify for the national merit scholarship. We just want peace and a dignified funeral for a wonderful woman who loved us all more than life itself. I keep telling him how proud I am of him and have made calls to help him out. My daughter has detention again due to tardies?

My 10 year old daughter has detention again due to tardies. For every three times that she is late she gets a detention. The first time this happened i wrote a note and called the attendance secretary and asked that on the same day in which my daughter was late a phone call be made to me so i could appropriately discipline her. In that time I had to get B12 injections, and take supplemental iron, because there was not of those in the food I was eating. Well i live in Plymouth and i will tell you some parts are nice, the Barbican is great in the evenings for a night with friends and we have a few good clubs and pubs, the Hoe is a nice place just to walk around, we have the newely built mall but its all mainly female clothes shops nothing special. The uni is centred right bang in the middle of our city centre, 5 minutes from the train station and all major bus routes. Most student accomodation is situated within a few miles of the uni and there are some nice places but you really don't wanna travel too far out of the town centre. Mutley is great for student life, bars/pubs, takeaways, shops and a few minutes walk from the town but beware of travelling in the other direction. It's not a bad place but you don't have to look too far to find a chav or two. It's a great uni but Exeter offered the better accountancy course when i was looking into doing the same course at one of them. I've never been to Exeter so unsure about the social life side but the uni is better.

Chronic Coughing at Night?

Ok so for the past 6 days or so I've had extreme coughing fits at night.. just like clock work.. I went to the DR friday who told me I have bronchitis - prescribed me antibiotics and prescription cough syrup.. i started the medication right away. WELL low and behold I'm still having these out of control coughing fits at night.. a really dry non productive cough.. I've maybe slept 10 hours altogether since Friday.. any advice??????? The cough syrup is not helpful at all.. my mom had a stronger prescription cough syrup and thats not helping me either.. any advice would be greatly appreciated

Or go somewhere like Temple to take Philosophy. I told him I want a Masters degree but he says do athletics and stick with it. Should I Try out or not?

Ok so ive been playing field hockey for a while now and this past two years my skin's become very sensitive and i mean very like when i go in the sun i would start breaking out in two secs. My doc says not to go out in the sun for a long time or wear a hat but i cant wear a hat while im playing. I don't know if i should try out this year. Pre season starts really soon. I'm gonna be a junior and im an average player im not too good or too bad. I also wanna focus on PSAT's and SAT's too like this junior year is really important. I wanna focus on my studies too so should i just not try out and wait till my skin heals and get my grades higher or just try out anyways and dont care about my skin? like i dont wanna have skin problems when i grow up. Like my grades are average too i'm mostly a A,B student and sometimes C and i heard junior year's tough like with the HSPA's too. So should i try out for field hockey and not care about my skin (its not like dont wash my face and stuff, like i do take care of it, but if i play the medicine's just not gonna help my face heal) or should i just take care of my skin and heal my skin and try out next year when my skin's better and i get my GPA higher? PLEASE HELP!!!! She knows you'll offer "safety foods" and that's why she can refuse to eat the other stuff. I would take her out when she says she's done, and the minute she says she's hungry, offer her the same meal, no safety meals! If she decides she doesn't want to eat dinner that night, it's not going to kill her, she'll eat a really good breakfast :) Then do the same thing at dinner again. After a few nights to a week of this process and she'll learn that she's not getting safety foods anymore and if she's hungry she should just eat what's in front of her. May sound harsh but it's not, you have to teach her! Just stay consistant no matter what!

1994 Plymouth Acclaim, engine turns off while driving?

I have a 1994 Plymouth Acclaim, 6 cylinder, and just last night the engine turned off while I was turning onto a street. It was not the battery as the lights and radio stayed on. When it died the oil can light within the speedometer turned on. After pulling to the side of the road I was able to start it back up (and the oil can light turned off), however the same problem occurred about 2 miles later. This morning I checked all the fluids and filled the power steering which was low. I then started it up and went for a drive around the neighborhood and the same problem occurred. Any advice on what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated. Please help! Thanks.

7 months vomits after eating mashed/lumpy solids.?

My daughter is currently 7 months and I started her on solids at 6 months. The nurse advised that I go straight to mashed food which I did. She took it well the first few days but then started to projectile vomit after every meal so I started to pureed her foods which she took very well. Now she's eating solids well so I decided to try giving her mashed/lumpy foods again today and she projectile vomit again. She refused to continue eating and started screaming bloody murder. She doesn't have any teeth yet. Should I continue giving her pureed food? I read all these stuff about delay in speech development if I continue to give her pureed foods. Any advice?

I have a question about Heart Worms, treatment and prevention and something a little extra?

I hope this don't sound too dumb. Now I know you give a dog heart worm treatments to prevent them and I am happy to do that with my pound puppies and my Buster Brown and any other dog I get. My neighbor was not so bright though and didn't do that. The vet told her the dog would die as he is sick or he could go ahead and euthanize the dog. The girl was crying as she did not do her research before she got a fog. Dumb I know but that was the case. I went with her to the vet cause I do know a little about dogs since I have some and know you need to know something before you get one. (And if you followed that...) Sorry...trying to get there. Just want ya'll to know I won't the dumb one here. Anyway, down past all the fine print I had heard of a surgery to stop a dog from dying, possibly, if the vet would try it. They go in and take out the heart worms that are clogging the heart. Then they wait till the dog is stronger if he survives that and start him on first the treatment, and if he survives that, the preventative. The neighbor told me I could have the dog if I would fight for his life that way. I took him to another vet cause this one told me what I was talking about could not be done. I have had it done to a dog I found before and he lived and is alive today. So I took the dog to another vet and will talk with him this morning to see what is going on. I told him what I wanted and he told me he would take care of it. What I am asking here, have any of you heard of this surgery before as I have been told by just about everyone after I dropped the dig at the other vets that I was going to call or go over there and find he was dead this morning. Now I know all I can do is call or go over, but someone tell me please have you heard about this surgery and what do you know about it? I guess I want to feel like I have given this poor dog a chance before I go walking in the vets office in a couple hours.And if I spelled something wrong it was a typo so ignore it.

what would cause a male betta to become less active. Hide in his ornament, I hardly see him. When he does come out, he comes out for like two min. Or stays at the bottom corner of his tank. Winter White brothers?

Ok. I just got two winter white male hamsters from petsmart, and they are the cutest little things!!! Their names are Rubix and Lotto. They are both brothers. When I got them, they were in the gl cage in the igloo together cuddling at the store. I got them home, they have been doing fine, and they were being really affectionate towards eachother. They were grooming eachother and cuddling and a couple minutes ago they were wrestling a bit and making this squeaking sound. I think you're right, with both OoS and Absolution being their peak. I think Origin of Symmetry is a bit better, just because I think it seems more.... Muse-ish. And it has Space Dementia. But Absolution is my favorite (OoS is a CLOSECLOSE second) since I think it has a bigger variety of types of songs on it. It's hard, now I'm starting to think OoS is better. I moved in with my gf 2 months ago (im a ) I used to live in ny and she lived in MA and I left NY for her. we used to only see each other on the wknds and we lived like we were on vaca. I finally found a job but it took a month and I am now working form home. Well i do believe in global warming, but i don't feel that we can stop it. Climate change is a part of life, and even if we started going "Green" Back in the dawn of time, climate change would still happen. Now i do believe that we are making it worse for ourselves with all of the toxins that we are putting in the air, but whenever someone says "If you go green we can stop global warming" I just want to shake my head. Automotive: would this be a cheap fix?

I have a 97 buick and the problem is, my blinker won't work. the lever to initiate the blinking will stay down, and the light will stay lit in the front of the car but not the back, and it wont blink. sorry i'm very car illiterate. it's the drivers side blinker that is doing this. any idea what the problem could be? Seasonal Affective Disorder is a for real thing. When the days get shorter by a minute a day starting on June 22, that is when I start getting Blue, and start taking the Serotonin Re uptake Inhibitor before I get too low. Some people are not affected by this because their chemical makeup stays consistent within them. I learned about this the hard way by trying to pretend I am not affected by SAD or the lack of sunlight. I did not start my medication on time last year, and since it takes about a month for the meds to build up in your system; and the days keep getting shorter until December 21, I was so Blue I could barely get out of bed. I am not a suicidal person but the Blues and crying got so bad I started to wonder if I would make it. I found it is nothing to be ashamed of, and I will not let the fact that I need meds to live a happy life embarr me, because others don't have this since their chemical composition is different than mine. I am just grateful there is help out there and that I already understand why it happens and what to do about it.

This is what i think. Que(the old scientist bot) begging for his life was so sad to watch, but the decepticon pointing the gun at Bumblebee was worst, a little boy sitting beside me started crying. Optimus was beast like always. Even though sentinel prime was a , i still dont think optimus should have killed him, it just doesnt feel like something optimus would have done, maybe ratchet should have finished him off to avenge irohide's death.
