I need some help with Madden 10 online for ps3!?

Im decent playing online with the colts, and usually beat people really good, or just beat them. But it has been going downhill for me, and im on like a 5 game losing streak. What team should i play as online besides the steelers. And it would help if you could give me some defensive plays and help, and offensive plays and help. And if there are any sources you could provide that would be great. Thanks
