I was vegan for a short year. I developed an allergy to soy. A lot of the vegan products are made from soy. I found I was eating more processed foods as well. In that time I had to get B12 injections, and take supplemental iron, because there was not of those in the food I was eating. If you don't have an allergy to soy you can buy products that taste like meat. So you can have a burger. There's also Not Dogs (more soy).
