How Do I enroll into middle school? [[DETAiiLS]]?

okay. I am in 5th grade. What I want to do is enroll into Hoover Middle School when I live VERY far away. My parents don't speak english well. And My guidance counselor can't help. the secretary at my school gave me a Voluntary Transfer sheet that says there aren't anymore available spots in Hoover unless I change my address closer. I plan on switching to my grandmother's address. Where can I do all of this? Please help as soon as possible.
