Homemade Christmas Presents for an 18 year old guy?

He's not my boyfriend, he's just a regular friend. He's 18 and a junior, and i have like zip money. I don't even have money to get the stuff for cookies or anything, and nope, parents wont float me. No money for amterials to sew, crochet, or watever. I wanna get him something really cool because his parents aren't even getting him anything and i feel bad for him, plus he's getting me something. Anything you know of that would be super cool? I know he likes food, but i have none. I don't know too much else about him, i only have him in two cles.
