How to safely sedate my high-energy puppy for a plane ride?

geez, you ask a simple question and all of a sudden you are the worst dog owner out there, feeding poor food, and basically clueless :O) crazy !!! please know not everyone who reads your question jumps to those conclusions ... the next time you fly you can get a stronger sedative from the vet ... as long as the dog is traveling in the cabin with you, the dog can be sedated ... if the dog travels in cargo, he could not be sedated ... just tell your vet you think you need something a bit stronger than benadryl (to be honest i found gravol made my dog sleepier on the plane than benadryl does) ... good luck :O)
