No, I don't think it is accurate. That philosophy flies completely in the face of the 3000 year old "Art of War" taught by Sun Tzu. Revolutionaries, by definition, are weaker than what they hope to overthrow. If they were not, then they would be in power akready and wouldn't need revolution. When you are weaker than your opponent, attacking his strong points head-on is foolish.
