What university should i go too? PLYMOUTH or EXETER?

Well i live in Plymouth and i will tell you some parts are nice, the Barbican is great in the evenings for a night with friends and we have a few good clubs and pubs, the Hoe is a nice place just to walk around, we have the newely built mall but its all mainly female clothes shops nothing special. The uni is centred right bang in the middle of our city centre, 5 minutes from the train station and all major bus routes. Most student accomodation is situated within a few miles of the uni and there are some nice places but you really don't wanna travel too far out of the town centre. Mutley is great for student life, bars/pubs, takeaways, shops and a few minutes walk from the town but beware of travelling in the other direction. It's not a bad place but you don't have to look too far to find a chav or two. It's a great uni but Exeter offered the better accountancy course when i was looking into doing the same course at one of them. I've never been to Exeter so unsure about the social life side but the uni is better.
