Sorting Excel items into a new row?

In Microsoft Excel 2007, I need to sort data in cell A2:A15 into column D2:D15, and when it is in column D, the data needs to be in ascending order. Also, I need data A2:A15 to be in descending order in column E, cells E2:E15.
