Sci Fi movie - Lost spaceship - female lead - 2000ish?

I am trying to remember the name of a science fiction movie from around 2000. It had something to do with a lost spaceship. I think the name of the movie might have been the name of the ship. The main character was a female. It wasn't very fantastical, it had a "Contact" feel to it. No lasers or anything like that. Anybody know it?
