y Santa Party ideas?

My boyfriend and I are throwing a y Santa Party this year and everyone wears their most flattering pj/lingerie. In previous years we've just done some jungle juice, xmas music, and exchange gifts a sort of white elephant gift exchange. The only problem with that is we couldn't quite organize it and people came that we weren't planning which is totally fine. So this year we aren't going to do that. Any ideas for the all around party?
