How do i restore my hair's growth and health ?

its august 2010 . last december i got my hair chemically straightened , the chi treatment . now the treatment is over but my hair is so fried and dead . mostly my bangs . my bangs used to be so full and thick , after time they started frying away . and i stopped straightening them so see if they would grow back . but they arent . and i need some kind of cream or product that will restore my hair so it isnt dead anymore . PLEASE HELP ME !
