Wizard of Oz Party Ideas?

Last Year I turned our home into Narnia for my daughters bithday party. This year she wants Wizard of Oz so I want to turn the house into Oz. Any ideas for homeade decorations, party favors, treats, etc. I always put together Unforgettable parties for them and last years Narnia was Incredible I want Oz to be just as Fabulous! Any ideas would help. Thanks
